1.Entering the Arena’s server on all the other computers that you use because often its a temp ban which can only be deactiveted by the computer that it started on
2.Remove mods like better sprinting ect cause anti-cheat is anti-mod with no exeptions.
3.Be nice to anti-cheat and you might just get a warning nexted time XD

You should be able to join again.
