There are some methods to getting back onto the server:

1) Try connecting to another server, disconnect then connect to Eternal Cracked

2) Try restarting your Minecraft

3) Try going into a single player world, quit, then going back into your Multiplayer selections tab and connect to Eternal Cracked

4) Use Direct Connect
