But when im in the nether or in the end i can see people talking and destroy blocks. When the server restarts it is fixed but when i leave to do something it does it again. I need help it has been happening really often and its really bugging me out please help.

Check that, maybe your Chat options are hidden

Instead, empty your experience and inventory and wait for the server to restart, in case you DO lose your items. This should fix your chat, it worked for someone else that had this exact problem.

If it doesn’t work, try reloading a new .jar file. Something might be messed up.
