FIRST OF ALL, Walgreens just recently have these cards there. I go to walgreen everywhere tuesday and friday which is so convience which i can get a PAYPAL card and donate to ec. Nice right, but there are concerns that i have.

 

1. It cost 4.95 for the card (i guess it’;s okay)

2. Is it like a debit card or how do u insert CASh???

3.I heard, it was just a paper card for now and then you need to register online

You dont have to use the paypal card, theres other cards such as AMEX or VISA prepaid debit cards you can use on the checkout page, they may have different fees but I dont have control over that.
