The “/home” Command Now Brings Me To A Sad Hole In The Ground Right Next To Someones Town. I Also Had Stuff Stored In The Ender-chest In The Old Portal Room, I Wonder If My Items Still Exist.

I’m Assuming I Will Have To Start From Scratch. The Only Plus Is That My Balance Is Still Active.

So am I meant to end up with a plot that’s now unusable because there’s a chest full of cobble on it? No thank you.

If you’re going to be inactive on a minecraft server, you are going to loose your stuff. Entire nations and towns can fall in a month of inactivity.

When I left the server around about a year ago, I assumed my town would fall, but then I logged on one day and my town was still there and I was pleasantly surprised, but quickly lost interest again but this time I made HerrowKim mayor in my place, and then left again…
But then I logged on one day (months later this time) and my town was still there and I was pleasantly surprised for a second time! Alex was mayor now but he immediately made me mayor again and then and he left.

I was immensely lucky 2 times, both times I expected to return to a ruined city, but instead came back with everything intact, it was a one in a million thing.

Moral of this story is: Sucks to be you. 😛

I got lucky, no one else I know of has been inactive as long as I have and returned to find everything as they left it.
