I was wondering if it was possible to change the Blacklisted Items list so that only Wither heads (144:1) were blocked instead of all heads, as I can’t see any reason to not be allowed to place non-wither heads, can this be done or is there some reason I’m not seeing for being able to place heads?

And nothing can be done? No config file in the server directory can be modified to rectify this?

i doubt it. Most of the Bukkit plugins used were designed with easily modifiable configurations. If the plugin doing this is found (a look at the log would probably tell) then a look in its config folder and a few tweaks later, heads are enabled!

No the problem is that most bukkit plugins use the basic item id “123” ect but the heads use first and second id’s “144:1” and “144:2” and you get the idea now sure heads can be unbanned just unban 144 but then withers would also be unbanned because wither heads are 144:4 i think in on my iPod again so kinda hard to check what needs to happen is an item replacer system be set up though ether a plugin or command block system it wouldn’t matter I can provide more info if u really need it
