There are certain things need to do:

STop Chat Spamming
Stop Command Spamming
Try to play regulary (peacefully without distrubing)

It could also be the 1.5 craftbukkit as well because it stated “it is only the 2nd version of 1.5 and there are many bugs” which indecated that there could be huge amount of lag.

It really does improve fps.

We’re talking about server lag which indeed would be bukkit. We just have to wait for the stable version, until then we wait.
