I need to understand the RESTRICTIONS for copying and pasting

For moving structures, there are (CUT AND PASTE) and (COPY AND PASTE)
It’s just sometimes unfair that you can only do this on one object no matter the size and there should be some more spefic rules.

I talked to skills, but hmmm confused…

So my question= How many buildings can u move with on world edit token (CUT and PASTE). Is there a specific size, plot, or something?
