Death Messages error when you die.

Today I was playing on survival and died and when I died this message in my chat appeard, this is the text(I have a pic too):
[ Death Message ] – Any Server Plugin is causing conflicts with Death Messages: Error Code #1b. ; Please notify to the Author.

The /suicide commands link to the last damage you took. example: If you fell and got hurt for 1/2 a heart, and you suicide you will receive a suicide message of falling to hard. When you have taken NO damage and you suicided the console cannot detect your previous damage therefore they give you an error.
