My father wasn’t helping out with Christmas because he has a whole other life  were he lives. He has 2 other kids living with him and a girlfriend but he’s still married with my mother. So my mother needed to get her money back from the things she thought was unimportant and she got a refund from Eternalcracked and other things she used her card on. Please unban from Eternalcracked this is all a misunderstanding.

I hate to say this, but this doesnt change anything,  you should have mentioned something from the very beginning, this chargeback was initiated weeks ago.
