And I think that is not a block glitch, it’s a protection. Admins use it to stop griefing on some places.

You might not have perms for that plot. If it isn’t in your town, the default is that outsiders and allies and the public can’t build there, unless someone changes the permissions in the plot. Also, spawn and other protected areas (like mobarena and /warp pvp). You can’t break or place blocks there.

(this is a lag glitch but can happen to almost anyone)
