Well here are some tips to keep that from happening.

1. Get many people in the end
2. Try to keep the dragon in sight at all times.
3. Always run in the direction that the dragon went even if you can see it anymore.
4. Use a bow and try to keep it pinned down by shooting it repeatedly.
5. The dragon only heals if no players are close to it for 30 seconds or more. (That is why more people in the end is better)
6. Try to spread out if the dragon disappears.

I hope this helps everyone until the healing glitch gets fixed.
