What is good about it? Ec will get more money

What is bad about it? If a player is falsely banned they will have to choke up money and they randomly get banned again

If ec has a hacker they could just pay all their money and keep hacking

If you are going to get unbanned for hacking, the server will be filled with hackers again or they would leave forever. And people who legitly never hacked and cant pay would just leave as well.
Anyways, people who must be banned, WILL BE BANNED.
Ban appeals. That is it. No exceptions. That 1 server you played on must be filled with hackers/kids who has SO much money or glitched/frauded it -.-
